1. General Return & Exchange Terms

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your product.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Items must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or order number.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, misuse, or customization are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items and services cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products with string installation, if the stringing was done:
    • On customer request
    • On behalf of the customer by Maxx Sports
    • As part of a promotion or custom setup
    Please note: In such cases, the cost of string material, stringing labor, and shipping will be non-refundable.
  • Customised or personalized items (e.g., printed names, custom grips)
  • Items bought during clearance, flash sales, or marked as “non-returnable”

3. Refund Policy

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed according to our Company Policy timeline of 45 working days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds are made via the original payment method or as a store credit, depending on your preference and our internal policies.
  • Shipping costs, COD charges, service fees, and third-party transaction fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only allowed for items that are:
    • Unopened and unused
    • Requested within 7 days of receipt
    • In stock at the time of request
  • If the replacement item is priced higher, you’ll be asked to pay the difference. If lower, the balance may be refunded or credited.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.

5. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item Delivered

  • If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include:
    • Clear photos of the issue
    • Order number
    • Description of the problem
  • We will arrange for a return pick-up or advise you to return it via courier. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including shipping costs).

6. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Please email us at support@maxxsports.pk or WhatsApp at 0300-8818188 with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Supporting photos or videos if applicable

Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process.

7. Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for securely packaging the product and shipping it to the return address shared by our team.
  • In the event of a manufacturing defect or order error, Maxx Sports will cover all return/exchange shipping costs.

8. Policy Updates

Maxx Sports reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. We recommend reviewing it regularly.
